SHIPPING

AUSTRALIA:
Shipping anywhere within Australia is by either Express Post or Courier. The cost is $10.00 for Standard Post or $15.00 for Express.
Please be sure to select “Flat Rate” during the checkout procedure.
If there are a large number of breakables/palettes or aerosols that must be shipped by ground courier, in which case you will be advised by email that your order may take a little longer to arrive.

NEW ZEALAND:
Shipping anywhere in New Zealand is either by courier or Registered Post. The cost is $20.00 Australian.
Please be sure to select “Delivery to New Zealand” during the checkout procedure.
This option of shipping to New Zealand may take as long as 10 days for delivery. If you wish to ship Express to New Zealand, contact the showroom for shipping cost quote and we will take your order manually at that time.

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES:
We DO NOT process international shipments via the website and you MUST PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL your order to our Main Showroom both to process payment and receive an actual shipping quote. Due to the high incidence of fraudulent international transactions, we will only process these orders on an individual basis and appreciate your understanding. DELIVERY:
Our standard policy is to ship the same day on orders received before 2 pm our time when payment has been processed. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email or phone with an expected arrival date.

We only ship products via Express Post or Courier so there is a tracking number for every order, and if you have a question regarding your shipment please phone us for the tracking number. 1800 077 187 or (07) 5531 5355

We use Express Post or courier which offer efficient delivery (normally within 48hrs) to most metropolitan areas of Australia and 2-3 day service to country areas. While we have had really good results with these shipping options, we cannot guarantee their service and once we have shipped the order it is out of our control, and you will need to contact Australia Post referencing your Tracking Number.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully – our standard policy is NO RETURN-NO EXCHANGE. We do not accept returns or exchange because you change your mind.

If you must request a return/exchange:

  1. You must phone 1.800 077.187 for a Return Authorization # within 3 days of receiving your product(s) and product(s) must be returned within 5 days of receiving your product(s).
  2. Goods should be returned by Express Post. Retain your receipt as proof of return.
  3. There will be a 25% re-stocking and servicing fee to clean, sanitize and/or repackage products as needed.
  4. Shipping/freight will not be credited or refunded.
  5. Product(s) must be returned unused and in their original Packaging and not have been worn, or altered in any way, smell or be tangled or show other signs of wear; and a copy of the original receipt must be enclosed.
  6. Suitability for return will be decided by the company upon receipt of goods.
  7. We do not refund unless products have a manufacturing defect; any credit or exchanges will be processed by our Main Showroom only and credits issued on this website will only be usable on this website or at our Main Showroom in Bundall, Queensland.
