• What is Mono Top Wig Construction?
  Mono Top, sometimes called Monofilament Top, refers to an area of the crown portion of the wig cap that is hand tied.   This means every hair in this area is attached by hand to a sheer section that gives a very realistic scalp appearance.  There is also a soft “self-adhesive” strip at the front for a secure and comfortable fit.   Some styles may have additional “self-adhesive” areas at the temples and/or nape.  Please see “Wig Tips” for more detailed information.

• What Does Petite Wig Mean?
  Wig sizing is pretty much “one size fits most” as they all have sizing adjustment at the nape.   However, if you are a tiny person or have a smaller than average head size, you may feel better in a Petite Size Cap.   Not only is the cap made smaller than average, there is also less “hair” so the styles do not overwhelm you.    Petites still have the nape adjustment and we also have clever items like our Wig Grip if necessary.
