Return Policy
Please choose carefully – our standard policy is NO RETURN-NO EXCHANGE. We do not accept returns or exchange because you change your mind.
If you must request a return/exchange:
- You must phone 1.800 077.187 for a Return Authorization # within
3 days of receiving your product(s) and product(s) must be returned
within 5 days of receiving your product(s).
- Goods should be returned by Express Post. Retain your receipt as proof of return.
- There will be a 25% re-stocking and servicing fee to clean, sanitize and/or repackage products as needed.
- Shipping/freight will not be credited or refunded.
- Product(s) must be returned un-used and in their original
Packaging and not have been worn, or altered in any way, smell or be
tangled or show other signs of wear; and a copy of the original receipt
must be enclosed.
- Suitability for return will be decided by the company upon receipt of goods.
- We do not refund unless products have a manufacturing defect;
any credit or exchanges will be processed by our Main Showroom only and
credits issued on this website will only be usable on this website or at
our Main Showroom in Bundall, Queensland.
