Kiss Pencil Liners can be used for Lips or Eyes to line and define. Soft enough to smudge, but not too soft!

These products hold their shape so you can get the finest of lines and the true pigments are durable enough to hold their colour and last all day. You can add even more durability by applying Kiss "Keep It On" over liners to make them "smudge and water proof".
